Navo One is a personal sound amplification product designed to make everyday sounds easier to hear. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or hearing condition. If you experience sudden hearing loss, ear pain, drainage, dizziness or ringing in one ear, consult a healthcare professional. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately but cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, and to limit quantities per order or per customer.

4. Orders and billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 45-day risk-free trial.

6. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

Payments and hosting are provided by third parties such as Shopify. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

9. Intellectual property
